The iParty is a wirelss transmitter/receiver for your iPod Mini (they still make accessories for the Mini's apparently!) that transmits up to 50 feet away and costs US$80.

Designed to play video from an iPod with Video, the ICUITI Video Glasses sport 640x480 resolution and are powered for 2.5-4.5 hours on two AA batteries. They'll cost US$549 and make you look totally ridiculous.
